enterprises with many business models. Besides, the challenges that enterprise must ready to
respond to survive and develop sustainably. Because with this new playground, Vietnam
enterprises will have to deal with many powerful and potential competitors and having more
effective strategy; domestic enterprises both must dominate the market of competitors and
kept up its markets.
Hoan Kiem Electronics Limited Company is an enterprise with many year of
experience in the field of electronic business. With its thickness of experience in its business
field, the Company has gradually asserted themselves in the fiercely competitive market.
In current special situation, where the elimination and competition of the market is very
tough to survive and develop, maintain a high position in the marketplace, requires
enterprises to take measures to improve economic efficiency, expanding production and
business models. From 2009 to now, the economy in general and enterprises in particular are
faced with difficult challenges. The retail market in the country is opened to foreign
investors, so the domestic commercial enterprises are facing difficulties and great
challenges. Through evaluation and analysis of the development trend of the IT field in the
future, I would like to present plans to develop ICT of advertisement and communication
department of Hoan Kiem Electronics Limited Company where I am working for.

Hoan Kiem Electronics Limited Company was established under the
corporate law dated 04.25.1994 at Hanoi with an initial chartered capital of VND
2,000,000,000, by 2007 chartered capital increase VND 10,000,000,000 and in 2012 it
increases 15,000,000,000 VND.
Over the years of trading electronics, refrigeration, the company has been growing in
a sustainable manner and in close cooperation with customers, many major, and domestic
and aboard electronics manufacturers in order to distribute goods to all the Northern
provinces, the Central Provinces and in the future it will join in the South market.
Product distribution system of the company operates mainly in Hanoi and some
northern provinces. At each provincial area, the company has selected a regional
distribution, so that deploy to the direct dealer to serve to consumers. Especially currently,
the company is a distributor and Nationwide warranty of Hanoi Electronic Company (Hanel)
and is an official agent, distribution and maintenance of electronics makers LG, SONNY,
DAEWOO, NIKKO, TOSHIBA, SAM SUNG AND SHARP.

2. ANALYSIS OF ICT REAL SITUATION
In term of HR: At the advertisement and communication department (ACD) includes 01
heads and 1 deputy head of department and eight staff, all proficient use of computers and
functions like text editor (Word, Excel...), check and send email by email management
software outolook 2007, besides, employees are proficient in using design or image editing
software, such as Photoshop, Corel, 3Dmax drawing...
In term of infrastructure: Currently, the department is sharing internet with the
company, departments share data, information via Local Area Network (LAN), the
department is equipped five desktop computers, 3 laptops, 1 Wi-Fi player, 01 A4
monochrome printers, 03 A4 color printers of Epson, Canon, Hp, 02 large format color
printer iPF 9000 of Canon.
In terms of application software: All operation system of ACD used for the computer is
Win 7, version 32 and 64 bit, Kaspersky anti-virus software, design software, image editing,
the application of Microsoft office 2010 version, all are licensed.

4. ANALYSIS OF EXPERIENCES, LESSONS FROM ENTERPRISES
Many companies have been successful in their own failure when the begining of
establishing, or miscalculation of the way when participating in the fiercely competitive
environment of today, to ensure not being pulled on battle of brands, promotions, ... ACD is
self-consciousness and draw the lessons as follows:
It is necesarry try to learn, try to explore the application of IT achievements in
production, to create eye-catching and creative designs;
Need to save raw materials;
Pay attention to the work of building the company's image in general and
department in particular;
Need to have plan of checking, computer maintenance, printer types regularly;
Absolutely do not use free specialized software and free operating system;
Always refresh our website;
Need to have develop specific strategies for each round of advertisement
(funds, materials, and areas that need to develop..)
Training employees need to be trained about profession;
Need to calculate the cost to make the product that is most appropriate.
5. FIND OUT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS SOLUTIONS
The ICT application in administration and management and business activities in an
enterprise has become popular in many departments and enterprises; it offers practical
benefits and reduces costs to increase profits for enterprise. However Hoan Kiem Electronics
Limited Company has been realized this problem, however due to many reasons, both
subjective and objective, until now, IT application still has not done well; we now have e6
commerce application on a company website to advertise, recommend products to
customers. But to really turn ICT into effective advertising tool, they need some specific
solutions as follows:
First Solution: ERP system is a set of module software packages on the computer,
automates the operation of the staff of enterprises covering almost all business activities
aimed at improving results of operations and business management. On the market there are
many ERP systems provided by various departments. The company should choose for using
AMOS software, this software is developed by Viet Software based on technology of
Compiere. Solutions to help product full ERP platform needed to be able to design in
accordance with specific characteristics of the business environment in Vietnam. This
software allows manage enterprise from the basic operations such as sales, purchasing,
finance to e-commerce transactions.
The second solution: Besides the advantage of maintenance services, products
maintenance, the company should complete overall customer care services. Serving benefits,
the company should invest and install a Call-Center. Investment cost is not high of about 20

But to be able to build a completed and adequate ICTs development, promote its
effectiveness needs to have a research process, creative building and in accordance with the
actual situation of each department in every enterprise, that process must be scientific,
logical and coherent. At the same time the choice should also be considers and analyzed
correctly to choose, otherwise you will run into the wrong strategy that would be very
