GIỚI THIỆU CHUNG DỰ ÁN
Nhằm mở rộng thị trường tiêu thụ khí CNG, Công ty CP CNG Việt Nam giao
cho Công ty CP tư vấn đầu tư và thiết kế dầu khí (PVE), là đơn vị Tư vấn lập
Dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình “Nhà máy CNG Nhơn Trạch – Đồng Nai”.
Công suất của nhà máy là 120 triệu m3 khí/năm nhằm cung cấp khí CNG cho
các hộ tiêu thụ tại các tỉnh Đồng Nai, Bình Dương, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu và TP
Hồ Chí Minh.
Dự án đầu tư theo hai giai đoạn:

Giai đoạn 1: công suất của nhà máy là 50 triệu m3/năm



Hệ thống công nghệ cho cả hai giai đoạn.



Quy mô Nhà máy sản xuất khí nén CNG tại khu công nghiệp Nhơn
Trạch - Đồng Nai với cơ sở hạ tầng, thiết bị điện, đo đếm, ống công
nghệ, PCCC cho công suất 120 triệu m3/năm.



Hệ thống máy nén với công suất 50 triệu m3/năm

Giai đoạn 2: công suất của nhà máy đạt 120 triệu m3/năm



Bổ sung Hệ thống máy nén nâng công suất thêm 70 triệu m3/năm..

Nguồn khí cung cấp cho nhà máy CNG Nhơn Trạch được lấy từ nguồn khí
của đường ống dẫn khí Phú Mỹ - Hồ Chí Minh.

Các thông số công nghệ yêu cầu:



Áp suất khí đầu vào: 40 – 71 barg



Nhiệt độ khí đầu vào: 35 °C



Áp suất khí đầu vào máy nén: 40 barg (được cài đặt sau PCV)



Áp suất yêu cầu đầu ra của máy nén: 250 barg



Nhiệt độ khí sau khi ra khỏi máy nén: 45 °C



Các tính chất hóa lý của khí được lấy từ tài liệu bảng đính kèm báo
cáo mô phỏng số: 302020-01-RP-002

Nhiệt độ của đất: trung bình 21 °C



Độ ẩm: trung bình 85%

Nhiệt độ khí đầu vào nhà máy: 35 °C



Các ống sử dụng trong mô phỏng loại ống thép thương mại mới. Độ
nhám của ống được lấy ε = 0,05 mm



Chiều dài ống trước máy nén: 50 m



Nhiệt độ khí ra khỏi máy nén: 45 °C



Hiệu suất làm việc của máy nén η = 75%
